Terms And Conditions

Parents are advised to keep following points in mind:

⇒Payment for the first month is to be made in advance by Cash or Cheque to our Executive.
⇒Parents are advised to take ID Proof of Tutor from the tutor himself/herself. OM HOME TUTORS will not be responsible for any mishappening.
⇒Payment should not be given in advance to the tutor as OM HOME TUTORS will not be responsible for any kind of dispute regarding the fee without proper receipt between the two.
⇒Parents will get one trial class absolutely free. If not satisfied, you need not to pay for the class.
⇒Inform all the suspected activities to us about the tutor otherwise OM HOME TUTORS will not be responsible for any agony.
⇒If you feel any deficiency about the “Service” Please inform immediately.

Tutors

⇒There will be no registration charges from the tutor (Zero registration).
⇒60% of the first month’s fee will be charged as service charges/commission.
⇒30% commission will be charged of the whole amount received by the teacher for package based/Short term classes with a minimum of ₹ 1,000.
⇒First payment will be collected by the officials of OM HOME TUTORS.
⇒Tutor needs to appear for an interview before he/she is finally selected as a tutor.
⇒OM HOME TUTORS adheres to the highest standards of academic rigor in all its work. Any lapse on the part of the tutor will lead to the immediate elimination of his/her name from the database of OM HOME TUTORS.

The tutor needs to submit the following documents at our office:

⇒Two colour pass port size photographs.
⇒Copy of your address proof (Voter ID Card/ Aadhaar Card (UID)/ Driving License/ Pan Card/ Passport/ Bank Passbook/ Ration Card, etc.)
⇒Copy of any latest bill (For eg:- electricity, water, telephone, mobile, internet, credit card)
⇒Rent agreement / Consent letter of landlord (In case of rented residence) along with copy of permanent residence Identification
⇒Copy of your Latest degree.
⇒Proof of current/latest job.
